Infrared Panel Heaters

Infrared panel heaters are custom-built, high-performance heating solutions designed primarily for thermoforming ovens, curing ovens, and drying applications. Engineered for durability and efficiency, these infrared heaters deliver consistent, controllable heat output in demanding industrial environments.

The robust construction includes:

  • A high-quality resistance heating coil
  • Embedded within a special ceramic fibre-board for enhanced insulation, durability, and shock resistance
  • An emitting surface of either smooth anodised aluminium or glass
  • A 75mm high aluminium-clad steel housing
  • Typically 50mm of thermal insulation to minimise rear heat loss and improve energy efficiency
  • Operating life of 20,000+ hours, depending on temperature and environmental conditions.
